Adult Swim and Valve Teamed Up for a Hat

…A hat. Sure, everyone joked around about the announced parnership a few days ago, making jokes about hats and stuff, but I still can’t believe this was actually it. What about a Team Fortress animated series, guys? What about a GOOD Aqua Teen Hunger Force game?

…Anyway, the announcement specified a limited edition Robot Chicken hat good for all classes in TF2, and it’s free. Remember how the teaser said you’d want to sign up for the Adult Swim newsletter? Well, this is why: you have to be a subscriber to get the code. And, it’ll bring you more news about upcoming promotions between the two companies, though it’s all presumably more hats.

Don’t give up hope on that TF cartoon yet, though. On the official faq for, uh, redeeming the code for the Robot Chicken hat (who can’t figure that out?) there’s an interesting question posed:

“Are you making a Team Fortress cartoon?”
-Go ask your mother.
