August 28th is the big day, the day when we can finally play the finished version of ArenaNet’s long-awaited sequel to Guild Wars. I expect that it will do very well in the MMO marketplace – not just for the obvious reasons, AKA “it’s the sequel to Guild Wars” and “no monthly fee,” but because they really have crafted a noticeably different and more user friendly MMO experience. I can’t wait to sit down and review the game when it launches, but for now I can refer you to my (several months) prior article about the game. It’ll be a fun time, and I’ll post my username for you guys when it launches so we can group up if you’re interested.
