Puddle Hitting Vita Next Week, New & Improved

You might remember a little game called Puddle hitting the PSN and XBLA a few months back, published by Konami and developed by Neko Entertainment. While the game had some impressive physics-based gameplay and unique environments to play in, it launched to lukewarm reviews. Well, Neko is back with a Vita version, ready to launch next week, and they’ve learned from their mistakes.

“After we released the game on PS3, we worked hard to get a better handle on the game’s mechanics, so we’d be able to deliver a new version of Puddle on PS Vita. We paid particular attention to feedback from PS3 players when working on the PS Vita version,”  said Neko’s QA manager.

Some of the new Vita features include the ability to skip harder levels, the expected touch controls, and several control schemes for you to toy with for personal preference. If you’re willing to give it a shot, the full game will be released July 24th for $7.99. Europeans will shell out 6.99€ the day later.
