The Behemoth has sent John Baez over to Gamescom for the singular purpose of showing off the new Steam port of an old classic: Castle Crashers. Finally headed over to PC, the developer wants the world to know that the game is almost ready for release. No price or details beyond online play and cloud storage were given, but who cares?
It’s been on consoles for years now, but it’s still one of the best downloadable titles available on XBLA or PSN, and should be an immediate purchase for anyone with taste in good games. If you’re headed to PAX, you’ll be able to get your hands on it there, too, as well as the company’s current XBLA-exclusive Battleblock Theater.
