The upcoming Epic Mickey 2 is certainly highly anticipated by a number of crowds, including all console owners and especially fans of the Wii-exclusive original. Well, the prestige of the title’s origins might not be the so exclusive for long: Warren Spector wants the original Epic Mickey in HD on the PS3 and 360, depriving the Wii of one of it’s arguably greatest exclusives.
Spector recently told Joystiq that “It’s been about four or five days since I’ve asked to get that project greenlit. It’s not my call to make. I can’t even tell you how much I want to see the first game with all the enhancements and improvements we’ve made on Xbox 360 and PS3. Just have all of your readers send emails to Disney corporation and say: ‘Warren should make this game.” That’s an awful lot of people to be mailing Disney. They must be pissed.
I guess if you want to piss off Disney even more, and who doesn’t, you can go and fuck with Disney’s Twitter until they allow a release of the game on PS360. What’s the harm in getting an awesome game on your favorite platform, and making ol’ Walt’s company go clinically insane?
