Call of Duty: Black Ops 2′s is going to be on the Wii U, if what a Treyarch QA tester wrote on LinkedIn has any truth to it. Randall Herman, who will assuredly be needing a new job if this is true, said he did “QA testing on PS3 and Wii U, multiplayer testing while collaborating with team, ad hoc testing, and regression.”
Let’s think of a major reason why Nintendo would want a Pro controller for the Wii U. Sure, it’s great for those of us who are skeptical of the Wii U gamepad, but I just know that Activision took one look at that thing and said “fuck you, there’s no way” to a full-fledged Call of Duty using it. That controller is like a gateway drug.
