Over the weekend, this official trailer from the folks at Konami was released showcasing the stunning Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, complete with English subtitles for us single language-bound individuals. You don’t need a translation to know that the game is absolutely gorgeous, of course, but it’s nice to know that Snake hasn’t slowed a bit with age.
There’s about thirty seconds of actual gameplay, but who cares? We all know, thanks to Metal Gear Solid 4, that these games are all about the cinematic aspect, anyway. After watching this, I’m only more excited for the future that the FOX Engine will bring us. Kojima has stated he’d love a Silent Hill game running on it; if we got someone competent to make it, I’d be ecstatic.
