London Philharmonic Orchestra Rocks More Gaming Tracks Next Month

Around this time last year, the London Philharmonic Orchestra released a pretty badass album containing renditions of gaming tunes, titled The Greatest Video Game Music. I’d personally prefer the term “The Most Popular” or something similar, since it contained two Call of Duty songs and some other not-greateststuff, but I digress.

It turns out those musically-inclined minds are returning with a second volume early next month, with an almost unarguably better track listing, as viewable below. Their classical take on some of those tracks is great ear candy– their version of the theme from Luigi’s Mansion is perfect, if the sample says anything about it.

If you want a small taste, you can sample the entire album on Amazon right here, or download Halo 3′s “Never Forget” from this newest release for free. If you like what you hear, it’s only $7.99 digitally, and out November 7th!
