The eclectic, murderous romp Hotline Miami might have just been released last week for the PC, but it’s killing spree is looking far from over. The next target, outside of a Mac release, seems to be the PlayStation Vita– if developer Jonatan Söderström successfully finishes talking with Sony.
Söderström has reportedly been “talking with Sony” in regards to bringing the game to the Vita, mainly due to a development issue: they can’t handle the port themselves. If someone else is willing to give it a go, then this seems like a likely candidate for a new PSN title.
As for controls? Söderström seems intrigued about using the touch screen, to which I point out that the Vita has two whole analog sticks and some shoulder buttons for a pretty much perfect control scheme forHotline Miamion the go. Perhaps the touch screen can be used to lock on?
