If you can manage to scrounge up at least a couple of dollars, you’ll be able to enjoy Halloween the old fashioned way: with some scary video games! Starting today, Valve has discounted dozens upon dozens of games that are either spooky, creepy, scary, eerie, or any combination thereof.
There are some really chilling deals to be had, and some excellent games, too: everything from big blockbusters like the Left 4 Dead and the Dead Space series to hauntingly good indie titles like Home and Lone Survivor are sitting at prices 50% off or better. You can take a look at every game here, or you know,open up Steam and look yourself.
A quick word of advice, if we may: don’t bother buying Plants vs. Zombies. While $2.50 might be a great price for the game, getting it free is even better.
